Our family-run camp site lies directly on the edge of the Thuringian capital Erfurt and offers the tranquillity of a village with direct proximity to the city and all of its cultural attractions.

Sights such as the Krämerbrücke bridge, cathedral and church of St. Severi, the Old Synagogue, Petersberg fortress, the Thüringer Zoopark, numerous shopping options, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, cinemas, theatres and many other attractions make a visit to the city well worth your while.

The Krämerbrückenfest festival, the Töpfermarkt ceramics market, the Domstufenfestspiele festival on the cathedral steps and the Christmas market with its numerous stands and cabins throughout the city centre are just some of the events that are easily reached via bicycle or public transport.

Our location in the centre of Thuringia makes us the ideal starting point for your excursions in the beautiful surrounding area, such as the Wartburg and Leuchtenburg castles, Schloss Friedenstein or the Thuringian Forest.

Your four-legged companions are also welcome, we are a dog-friendly camp site with dog shower and options for extended walks. Our disposal station for camper vans is available to guests free of charge and can also be used by all other camper van drivers in return for a small fee.
