These General Terms and Conditions regulate the mutual rights and obligations between the camp site guest (“Tenant””) and Campingpark Erfurt (“Landlord”).

The contractual performance of the Landlord is provided on the basis of the respectively valid offers, descriptions and prices stated on the price list valid for the period of travel.
The business year is the calendar year.

The Landlord reserves the right to alter the assignment of spaces and buildings where this is necessary for special reasons.

With his registration, the camp site guest makes a binding offer to the Landlord for the conclusion of a contract for accommodation. This may occur in writing, orally, via telephone or via electronic data transmission. The contract becomes binding when it is confirmed in writing. If registration occurs on arrival, the contract shall become binding when the camp site guest is assigned a space by the Landlord and the data of the camp site guest are recorded at reception. Please always present your ID card or passport to reception on arrival. The camping cabins may only be occupied by the maximum number of persons named in the price list. The number of people/pets is to be stated on booking.

Please see our respectively valid price list for fees. These are deemed to be fixed. The fees fall due for payment on arrival. In addition, deposits are also charged for camping cabins and, where applicable, gate openers. Where discounts are used, only the respective highest discount rate applies.
In the case of reservation, a down payment to the amount of 50 % of the price of the overnight stay falls due for the reservation period within one week of receipt of confirmation of reservation. The reservation becomes binding after payment.
Withdrawal from the contract may occur in writing at any time. To avoid misunderstandings, this is not possible via telephone. Receipt of the declaration of withdrawal by the Landlord is decisive for the time point of withdrawal.

In the case of a withdrawal, we charge the following cancellation fees:

• up to 28 calendar days before day of arrival, free of charge
• 27 to 14 calendar days before day of arrival, 50 % of the rental price
• 14 calendar days before day of arrival, 75% of the rental price
• in the case of non-arrival with absence of declaration of withdrawal, 95 % of the rental price

If, in the event of failure to occupy at short notice, a property can be rented to another party at the same conditions, the Tenant shall only be required to pay an administrative fee to the amount of 20.00 euros. Failure to occupy occurs from one day after the agreed commencement of contract, at 10.00 am. In the case of shortened rental duration, invoicing is according to the cancellation rates. If the rented property is not available due to adverse circumstances, the Tenant shall be entitled to a property of at least the same category. If all properties of the same category are occupied, he may withdraw from the contract free of charge. Further claims are excluded.

In the case of early departure, reimbursement of booking fees already paid is not possible. Consumption fees incurred are to be subsequently paid. A space that becomes vacant due to early departure may be otherwise used and assigned by site management.

If you wish to extend your stay beyond the period agreed, please inform us of this at least two days in advance.

The camp site guest and his fellow travellers are to observe the camp site regulations provided to them. In the case of gross or repeat infringements, the Landlord has the option of cancellation with immediate effect, including without prior warning. In the case of cancellation with immediate effect, the camp site guest shall have no claim to proportionate reimbursement or waiving of the remuneration of the fees for the contractually agreed period.

6. Visitors

Please register visitors (day and/or overnight guests) with the reception. Please inform your guests of the camp site regulations.

7. Liability

Each guest commits himself to treat the space and the facilities of the camp site with care. He is liable for damage to the fixtures and facilities of the camp site where this is caused by him, his fellow travellers or visitors.

The Landlord is not liable for:

• loss or damage to items brought onto the site by the Tenant, including cars,
• loss or damage caused by outage or disruption of electricity and water supplies,
• damage and injury caused by use of the equipment and fixtures located on the premises of Campingpark Erfurt,
• claims for compensation arising from noise disturbance caused by third parties.

The Landlord reserves the right, in the event of severe soiling of the camping cabins by the Tenant or his pets (infringement of smoking prohibition, residual waste etc.), to charge a special cleaning fee to the amount of 20.00 euros. Contractual claims of the Tenant lapse with the passing of one year (commencing on the day of the end of the rental).

8. Arrival and Departure

The booked space is available from approx. 1.00 pm on the day of arrival. Deviating arrival times are possible by agreement. The booked space is to be handed over by 11.00 am at the latest on the day of departure.

9. Severability Clause

Should parts of these General Terms and Conditions stand contrary to applicable or future law, this shall not affect the remainder of the agreement.

10. Place of Jurisdiction and Place of Performance

Place of jurisdiction and place of performance is agreed as the responsible Erfurt District Court.
